I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to go to California Auto Center for repair. My undercarriage was dragging on the ground. I thought I was going to have to buy a new part from the dealer, but California Auto fixed it by adding new clips and they saved me $250 bucks! They could very well have taken advantage and I would’ve been none the wiser. But they didn’t. They also polished my headlights! They did all this while I waited outside in the shade admiring their lovely flowers. I will definitely be back again and so will my whole family!

Wonderful shop and would personally recommend! Appointments were simple and straightforward, you can order parts with them too. Their front desk is friendly, honest, and extremely helpful! Especially if you’re not the most experienced with cars yourself, as I was. The mechanics were thorough when I spoke with them and once again, honest about any issues found unexpectedly or not!

I have nothing but good things to say about Calif Auto Ctr on Date St. It was my first time going to their shop I found them on Yelp under AAA repair shops they came up first on the page with really good reviews so I went there. The experience was great Natalie is very friendly easy to converse with and knowledgeable about cars and the repairs needed. I have been there twice for different repairs on my 2006 Chrysler 300 and each time I have been totally satisfied with the service. I highly recommend Calif Auto Ctr especially if you have an older model car that may be difficult to get parts for the repairs you will be happy you made the right choice. Thanks Natalie and Calif Auto Ctr I appreciate you!

Todd is awesome! Honest and great job. Went in for Shocks and struts and they got me out in 1 hour and 45 minute's. Thank you guys. My go to place for my vehicles. My 3rd visit to California Auto. Another great experience and great price for my oil change on my Mercedes.

This shop is by far the best around! Always honest and straight forward and never try to up-charge you. Work is completed in a timely manner and Natalie always keeps you updated on the status of any repairs. Easy to schedule vehicle for oil changes or repairs. They always go the extra mile for customer satisfaction!

I had a flat tire and needed all new ones, and my regular scheduled oil change with the alignment. Just normal things to keep my car on the road safely. Natalie is always a doll. She's sweet and personable and knows basically all of their customers by name. I've been going there for about 8years or so and had about 4-5 cars that they service. They are the only ones that service my car regularly, and they are top notch. I appreciate them having the drop box where you can drop/pickup your keys after hours for people who work and can't make it during working hours. They have cameras to keep their clients safe when dropping off the cars/keys. And they are overall professional and kind hearted. The owner and his wife do such a great job explaining stuff about cars and not overcharging or saying your car needs things it doesn't. I trust them which is hard when looking for an auto place. They also are insurance friendly. And have some discounts to take advantage of. I can't say enough of how much I appreciate them and how they safe I feel always using them. I have my mom go here and she lives in another county. And I even referred a guy who bought one of my cars they serviced because their so awesome. Woah this is a long review. LOL but there aren't many times I remember to do these things. So yes to the service. Top notch to the quality. And heck ya to refer to everyone for everything!

When our car started making loud knocking noises & there were no indicaters on the dash to show what the problem might be, we immediately contacted California Auto Center in Temecula - where we knew we could trust them & we had been taking our vehicles there over the past 9 years. We have always had great customer service from them! So after checking everything, they told us that we had internal engine failure & we needed to replace it the engine. They also said it would be in our best interest to check with the vehicle's manu facturer at the local dealership to see if they would cover the cost of engine replacement. We took their advise & are now driving our car that has a new engine provided by the manufacturer. So thankful that California Auto Centers are honest & didn't sell us repairs that would have run up a costly bill for repairs that wouldn't work!

I had my car towed into California Auto Center based on a recommendation from AAA. I spoke with Natalie whom I believe is the owner/manager along with her husband. I left a voice mail to which I received my call returned the same day. She was very detailed in her questions told me what to expect. Upon her diagnosis of the vehicle, she gave me detailed information regarding my vehicles engine, costs, timelines, reasons why, reasons why not...she was very patient answering all of my questions. If you need car repairs or even just a troubleshoot, I would recommend this place based on the honest and clear communications. Top notch professionals.

Without going into a long story on how many time this man showed us his kindness that night. Joe helped us when we were stranded on the side of the road with a 30 ft trailer in tow. He offered to help my husband move our vehicle to a safer spot and even took a look at our truck, which had been having issues after some recent upgrade work done by a local shop. That shop kept failing to fix the problem they caused, but Joe mentioned he had his own shop and could help. When he heard we were about to leave for a family trip, Joe took his personal time to find the issue and fix it so we could safely get back on the road. He truly is a blessing, and it’s refreshing to see that genuine, kind-hearted people still exist. Since then, we’ve gone back multiple times for service whether it’s maintenance, upgrades, or repairs and Joe and the entire family continue to impress us every single visit. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They’ve helped us so many times, always making sure our family’s towing vehicle was ready so we could enjoy our vacation plans without stress. It’s rare to find a place that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what they do. Their prices are incredibly fair, honest, and upfront every time.
